Sanders Place - shared office space, Naarm

Sanders Place is a commercial property project and impact investment undertaken by Tripple. The space is an environmental retrofit of a 1980s factory building into a modern co-working space which prioritised re-use and renewal over replacement. The result is an net-energy-producing building and a workplace that feels more like a home.

Home to world-bettering people and businesses

A unique, down to earth shared office and event space, Sanders Place is home to thoughtful and purpose driven people and businesses.

The space was designed to provide a beautiful and productive workspace and meeting space - to foster fun, connection and growth for the impact community in Melbourne.

Sanders Place was a joint project between Tripple, Finding Infinity, NMBW, OpenWork and Neverstop.

The project won the Victorian Architecture Award for commercial architecture in 2024 and was recently featured in The Monthly Magazine’s architecture review.
